Support

As soon as a student registers in any one of our services, one of our online staff members will get in contact to establish a time for an actual phone or Skype call. The purpose of the call is to answer any questions a student may have and to provide a short tutorial of the online program.  Continuing online tutorial and academic support are at the core of the ALS program. We understand the challenges of learning another language, and are certainly here to help whenever you need us!
