ALS

When the idea of an Arabic learning program was born, the authors of ALS agreed upon one basic idea-how to make learning the language fun and interesting! With this in mind, the five experienced Arabic as a foreign language teachers (some with 30 years of experience!) began working upon visual and auditory exercises to quickly familiarize learners with seeing and hearing native Arabic.
 
The program is 100% interactive, with synchronous and asynchronous sessions with live teachers, whose sole aim is to facilitate learning. Utilizing Flash technology, the program has videos, speaking and listening activities, with most exercises having visual and auditory support.  Students can listen to correct pronunciation, and attempt to emulate real speech!
